This cake was a total experiment! We had a friend who is a big Longhorns fan (boo!) and he had a birthday so I thought I would try some new things!This is my first topsy turvy cake - it almost toppled, but I did manage to save it.
The bottom tier is red velvet with cream cheese filling, and the top is chocolate cake with mocha cappuccino buttercream filling.
